Reservation Policy
COVID 19. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), please ensure that you are only booking this property following the local government guidelines and that you do not have any COVID 19 symptoms. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property.
Offline Reservation Payments. Any reservation received using the offline payment (EFT) for your stay at Yolly's Tiny House Holiday Accommodation is given 24 hours to complete full payment. Any reservation payment not finalised after 24 hours from time of reservation will be cancelled.
Guest Numbers. Yolly's Tiny House Holiday Accommodation is tailored to couples or single guests. All reservations are restricted to a maximum of two guests.
Age Restriction. The minimum age for guests is 18 years of age, no children allowed.
Smoking. Smoking is not allowed within any building or direct area (doorways) of Yolly's Tiny House Holiday Accommodation.
Pets. Pets are not allowed.


Cancellation Policy
Reservations are non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of check in.
Refunds are available as detailed below less a $25 administrative fee:
- To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days prior to check-in.
- If you cancel between 48 hours and 30 days prior to check-in, a 50% refund is provided for all nights.
- Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
COVID-19
Refunds for cancelled reservations due to COVID-19 require proof of illness or exposure within 14 days of check-in. A full refund will be provided less a $25 administration fee. Proof of the following is required.
- Positive COVID-19 test
- Doctor’s note
- Notice from local government saying you've been exposed
- Positive test result from a member of your household
